Terms of Service
Effective date: March 10, 2026
1. General Provisions
This document is a public offer of ShadeNPV (Fame app LTD) (hereinafter "Provider") and contains the terms for providing ShadeVPN services (hereinafter "Service") to any individual (hereinafter "User") who accepts this offer.

2. Acceptance of Offer
Acceptance of this offer is the User's payment for any Service plan. From the moment of acceptance, the offer becomes an agreement concluded between the Provider and the User.
3. Subject of Agreement
The Provider undertakes to provide the User with access to the ShadeVPN service under the chosen plan, and the User undertakes to pay for the services in the established manner.
4. Subscription Plans
The Service provides the following subscription plans:
- 1 1 month — monthly subscription.
- 3 3 months — quarterly subscription (save 22%).
- 12 1 year — annual subscription (save 53%).
Current prices are listed on the pricing page. The Provider reserves the right to change plan prices. Price changes do not affect already paid periods.
5. Payment Procedure
Payment is made through the payment service YooKassa (YooMoney LLC) by bank card or other available payment methods. The subscription is activated automatically after payment confirmation.
6. User Rights and Obligations
The User has the right to:
- Use the Service on the number of devices specified in the plan.
- Contact support for technical issues.
- Request a refund in accordance with clause 9 of this agreement.
The User undertakes to:
- Not use the Service for unlawful activities.
- Not share account credentials with third parties.
- Not use the Service for spam, DDoS attacks, distributing malware or copyright infringement.
7. Provider Rights and Obligations
The Provider undertakes to:
- Provide access to the Service 24/7 (except for planned maintenance).
- Ensure confidentiality of User data.
- Notify the User of material changes to terms.
The Provider has the right to:
- Suspend or block access for violations.
- Conduct planned technical maintenance.
- Change prices with 14 days notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for:
- Temporary unavailability of the Service due to reasons beyond the Provider's control.
- Indirect losses of the User.
- Actions of third parties (providers, government bodies).
9. Refunds
The User may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of payment if the services were not provided in full. To request a refund, contact support@shadenpv.com. Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 10 business days.
10. Personal Data Processing
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By paying for a subscription, the User consents to personal data processing to the extent necessary for fulfilling this agreement.
11. Term and Termination
The agreement is valid from the moment of offer acceptance until the end of the paid period. The User may terminate the agreement by cancelling the subscription in their account or through support.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are handled in accordance with Russian Federation legislation at the Provider's location.
